Does pcos goes away?

I've been living with PCOS for a while now, and sometimes I feel a bit hopeless about it. I keep hearing different things, so I just want to confirm: does PCOS ever really go away, or is it a lifelong condition that can only be managed?

PCOS is a chronic, lifelong endocrine condition, meaning it does not have a permanent cure to make it go away completely. However, its symptoms can be managed effectively. Please consult a qualified gynecologist or endocrinologist to create a safe, long-term management plan.

Actually yaar, PCOS permanently toh nahi jaata, it stays with you. But stress mat lo, with correct workout and diet, it becomes totally manageable. My periods are regular now and I feel completely normal, so chill.

It doesn't go away permanently, but you can definitely put it into 'remission' where you won't face any active symptoms. It is all about managing your insulin levels and lifestyle. Keep tracking your cycle and get your routine tests done as advised by your doc.

While PCOS doesn't go away completely, I found that drinking spearmint tea and eating healthy home-cooked meals helped manage my symptoms beautifully. However, home remedies are only supportive steps. You must see a proper doctor for regular scans and medical advice.

Look, let's be very clear, there is no magic pill that will make PCOS go away forever. It is a lifestyle issue, so you have to work hard on your physical health and food habits daily. Fix your routine, consult a good doctor, and you will live a perfectly healthy life.
