Does pcos cause sore breasts?

My breasts have been feeling quite tender and sore lately, especially around my period. I've been diagnosed with PCOS a few months back. I'm curious if PCOS can actually cause sore breasts or if it's something unrelated.

Oh absolutely! Sometimes even a gentle hug feels like a direct attack. It is just our hormones playing their usual cricket match inside us. Don't worry, it is a very typical PCOS symptom, especially before those highly delayed periods finally decide to arrive.

Yes, breast tenderness is very common in PCOS. Wearing a comfortable, wireless sports bra during those days really helps reduce the discomfort.

My daughter gets severe breast soreness and swelling about a week before her cycle due to her PCOS. I always tell her to avoid excessive salt during this time as it reduces water retention, which helps ease the heaviness. Do make sure to check with your doctor if you notice any unusual lumps, though.

Haan beta, humare yahan bahot se bachhon ko yeh problem hoti hai. Hormones ki gadbadi se chhati me dard aur bhari-pan hone lagta hai. Thoda garm paani ki sikai karo aur tension bilkul mat lo, sab theek ho jayega.

Just like how blood pressure fluctuates with stress and lifestyle, hormonal issues like PCOS cause these physical symptoms. My wife faces this breast pain too. Regular doctor visits and keeping a check on your general health indicators is the best way to handle this.

Don't panic, it is just due to the high estrogen and low progesterone levels that often happen with PCOS. My younger sister goes through this too, and it is completely manageable. Just encourage her to rest, eat clean, and consult her gynecologist for a smooth routine.

I usually apply a cold compress to relieve the soreness, and it works wonders for me. But remember, while home remedies are good for mild discomfort, you must consult a doctor if you feel sharp pain that doesn't go away or if you notice any discharge.
