Does passing kidney stones make you tired?

My brother recently passed a kidney stone, and he's been feeling incredibly exhausted ever since. It's been a few days, and he's still very tired. Is it normal to feel so fatigued after passing kidney stones?

Absolutely, it drains you completely. The constant intense pain and the sheer stress your body goes through while trying to push the stone out leaves you exhausted. Drink plenty of water and coconut water, and take complete rest until it passes.

Listen, don't worry too much. It is very natural to feel totally wiped out because your body is fighting a lot of internal pain. Just lie down, keep yourself hydrated, and let your body recover. If the pain gets too severe or you get a fever, we must see the doctor immediately.

Of course you will feel tired, your body is dealing with so much pain! Don't try to be a hero and work through it. Take a couple of days off, drink your fluids, and rest properly. If things feel out of hand, go straight to the clinic.

Haan na, the pain is so terrible that it completely drains all your energy. After the pain subsides, you just want to sleep for hours. Take rest and drink sweet lime juice or coconut water to feel better, ok?

Yes, your heart rate and stress levels spike during severe pain episodes, which consumes a ton of energy. I tracked my sleep quality during my stone issue and my recovery score was terrible. Rest is essential, and keep tracking your fluid intake to help flush it out.

Arey, your body is doing heavy construction work inside to push that rock out, obviously you'll feel tired! Think of it as a forced vacation. Just drink your water and enjoy the guilt-free sleep.

Dude, when I had a small stone last semester, I couldn't even stand up for lectures, I was just so exhausted. The pain meds also make you super drowsy. It's totally normal to feel like a zombie, just sleep it off.

Yes, the physical strain of passing a stone is very real and exhausting. Please take gentle care of yourself and rest as much as you can. I hope you feel better very soon.

Bro, passing a stone is basically like running a marathon for your kidneys! It's super exhausting, so don't stress too much about feeling sleepy or tired. Just take a break, watch a movie, and keep sipping water.

It is extremely tiring, indeed. In our family, we give barley water (jau ka paani) to help clear the system, which also cools down the body. But please make sure you are getting enough sleep and resting your back, as the kidneys bear a lot of pressure.
