Does ovarian cancer stop periods?

My periods have been very irregular lately, and I'm trying to figure out possible reasons. Could something as serious as ovarian cancer interfere with the menstrual cycle and potentially stop periods?

My periods got messed up due to thyroid issues, so hormonal imbalances are very common. However, ovarian changes can also cause irregular bleeding or make periods stop, so regular checkups and pelvic scans are very important to find the real cause.

Haan na, periods miss hote hain toh darr lagta hai. Ovarian issues can definitely cause your cycle to change or even stop, but it can also be due to simple stress or cysts. Ek baar gynecologist ko dikha lo, pressure kam hoga.

I completely understand the anxiety when your cycle suddenly stops, your mind goes to the scariest things. While it's true that ovarian issues can affect periods, things like hormonal changes are far more common. Please see a doctor to ease your mind.

I haven't slept in days because my cycle is late and I'm stressing myself out. Honestly, instead of losing sleep and googling the worst possibilities, it's so much better to just visit a doctor and get an ultrasound done.

I know how metabolic issues can throw the whole body out of balance, including hormones. If periods have stopped, it's a sign that the body needs attention. Don't try any self-treatment, just get a proper clinical evaluation.
