Does oil pulling help with cavities?

My grandmother always talks about oil pulling for oral health, but I'm a bit skeptical. I've heard it can help with various dental issues. Can oil pulling actually prevent or help with existing cavities?

Haan, sesame oil se oil pulling karna mouth hygiene ke liye toh bohot achha hai. Par cavity thodi na fill ho jayegi isse, na? For cavities, you must go to a dentist and get a proper filling done before the infection spreads.

Just like keeping your body active keeps your metabolism up, oil pulling keeps your oral bacteria in check. It's a great habit to add to your morning routine. But don't rely on it to cure an active cavity, you still need proper dental checkups.

Oil pulling with cold-pressed coconut oil is wonderful for strengthening gums and keeping breath fresh. But once a cavity has formed, it means the tooth enamel is already damaged. Please see a dentist to get it filled, otherwise it will start hurting badly.

Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice that purifies our mouth toxins beautifully. Keep doing it for general wellness and stay positive. But do remember to use modern dentistry when a tooth needs physical repair, both can coexist.

Honestly, I barely have the energy to brush my teeth for two minutes in the morning, let alone swish oil for fifteen minutes. And let's be real, oil pulling won't magically rebuild a hole in your tooth. Just go to the dentist and save yourself the jaw ache.

I tried oil pulling with sesame oil for months hoping it would heal my tooth decay, but it only delayed the inevitable. It is great for reducing plaque and refreshing your mouth, but once a cavity starts, only a dentist's drill can clean and seal it.

I understand how scary dental visits can be, and how we hope a home remedy like oil pulling will just dissolve the problem. I delayed my dentist visit for months doing this and ended up needing a root canal. Please don't put yourself through that pain, just get it checked.
