Does not ejaculating cause prostate cancer?

I've heard some discussion online about male health, and a few people mentioned that not ejaculating frequently might lead to problems like prostate cancer. My father had prostate issues, so I'm a bit concerned about this. Is there any scientific basis to this claim?

I panicked so badly when I read some weird articles online about this last year! After researching properly and talking to a specialist, I found out there is no direct link like that. Regular ejaculation is good for prostate health, but not doing it won't suddenly give you cancer, so please relax.

When I went for my annual health checkup at Medanta, I asked the urologist about this prostate health theory. He told me that while some studies suggest regular ejaculation might have a mild protective effect, there are many other major factors like genetics and lifestyle. It is always best to clear your doubts with a qualified doctor.

According to several medical journals and health trackers, there is some research showing frequent ejaculation might reduce prostate cancer risk slightly, but it is not a direct cause-and-effect relationship. Focus more on maintaining a healthy weight, regular exercise, and a balanced diet as these have a much bigger impact.

Our bodies have their own natural ways of releasing excess fluids, like through night emissions, so do not stress your mind with these fears. Keep your thoughts clean, live a balanced life, and don't let internet rumors disturb your peace of mind.

I understand this topic can make anyone anxious, but there is no need to worry. Ejaculation is just a normal bodily function and your prostate won't get damaged if you don't do it frequently. Just maintain good hygiene and lead an active life.

Eating pumpkin seeds and tomatoes is very good for natural prostate health. However, if you are experiencing any actual symptoms like difficulty passing urine or pain, please do not rely on home tips and consult a doctor immediately.
