Does nicotine gum cause cancer?

I'm trying to quit smoking and switched to nicotine gum. My wife is now worried that even the gum could cause cancer. Does nicotine gum carry a risk of causing cancer?

Beta, nicotine gum is made to help you quit the smoking poison, it doesn't cause cancer like cigarettes. Keep chew cardamoms or fennel seeds to keep your mouth busy naturally, but don't fear the medical gum.

Please don't worry about this. Nicotine gum is a clinically tested therapy to help you quit smoking, and it is completely safe from cancer risk. Focus on quitting tobacco step by step.

I agree, nicotine gum does not cause cancer because it lacks the harmful chemicals and tar found in tobacco smoke. Use it safely to kick the habit.

Bhaiyya, ye gum toh bidi-cigarette chhudane ke liye banti hai, isse cancer nahi hota. Bejhijhak istemal karo aur nasha mukt ho jao, sab badhiya hoga.

Actually, nicotine gum is totally clean, yaar. It doesn't have those nasty cancer-causing chemicals that cigarettes have. It is just to manage the cravings, so use it without stress.

I used nicotine gums for six months to quit smoking and experienced some jaw soreness, but no serious health issues. My health actually improved a lot after leaving cigarettes behind.
