Does netflix have a sleep timer?

I often fall asleep watching Netflix at night, and then the TV just keeps playing. It's quite disturbing for my sleep quality. Does Netflix have a built-in sleep timer function that I can use?

I wish they had one on TVs because I keep falling asleep mid-movie and waking up with a stiff neck! Only the Android mobile app has a sleep timer option right now. For TVs, you just have to rely on your television's own sleep timer.

My elders always advise me to switch off all screens one hour before sleeping for peace of mind. Currently, Netflix only offers a sleep timer on certain Android devices. It is best to just turn off the TV manually and sleep early.

I used to fall asleep watching shows and ignored how it was ruining my sleep quality until I got severe headaches. Don't rely on app timers. If you are struggling to sleep naturally, please consult a doctor instead of binging shows.

I was struggling with insomnia and used to leave Netflix on all night. I recently found out they have a 'Play Something' and a timer feature on the mobile app which helps. But honestly, keeping the phone away is what finally fixed my sleep.

I get so worried that the blue light from screens is damaging my brain when I sleep with the TV on. Unfortunately, Netflix doesn't have a built-in timer on smart TVs yet, only on Android phones. I use my TV's system sleep timer to be safe.

Managing PCOS means I have to be very careful with my circadian rhythm and sleep. I looked for this option on Netflix and it is only available on Android mobile apps. I suggest setting a physical alarm to remind yourself to shut down all gadgets.

No, they don't have a universal sleep timer across all platforms. It is only on the Android app. On smart TVs or Apple TV, you have to use your television's own sleep timer settings to shut it off automatically.
