Does nerve pain go away?

Been dealing with a lot of tingling and burning sensation in my leg since a few months. The doctor said it's nerve pain. I'm just wondering if this kind of pain ever really goes away completely, or if it's something I'll have to manage forever?

Don't believe anyone online who claims they cured their nerve pain with some magic herb. Nerve issues can stem from serious things like disc slips or diabetes. Only a proper neurologist can tell you if yours is curable or needs long-term management after running tests.

I had terrible pinched nerve pain in my neck last year and felt so hopeless. But with regular physiotherapy and correcting my office posture, it completely went away in three months. Keep doing your stretching exercises, it does get better!

Honestly, it depends on what's causing it. I injured my shoulder gymming and the nerve pain took forever to go, but eventually, it cleared up with proper rest and B12 supplements. Just give it some time and don't lift heavy weights for a bit.

As a long-time diabetic, I have felt that tingling nerve pain in my feet. It doesn't magically vanish, but keeping your blood sugar strictly under control helps prevent it from getting worse. Watch your carb intake and check your sugar levels regularly.

Nerve pain often subsides when the body relaxes and circulation improves. Practicing gentle pranayama like Anulom Vilom daily helps calm the nervous system immensely. Combined with patience and light stretching, your body can heal itself beautifully.
