Does native shampoo help with dandruff?

I've been dealing with dandruff for a while and looking for a gentle solution. My wife suggested trying Native shampoo. Does Native shampoo actually help with dandruff problems?

Don't believe every aesthetic review you see online. Dandruff is a medical scalp issue that usually requires active ingredients like ketoconazole or zinc pyrithione. Native doesn't have those, so please verify with a real doctor before buying it.

Honestly, I don't have time to experiment with twenty different shampoos. If you have real dandruff, just buy a proper medicated shampoo from the pharmacy. Native might clean your hair, but it won't cure a stubborn flaky scalp.

It is quite expensive to get this brand in India, and it doesn't even have active anti-dandruff ingredients. You are better off spending that money on a dermatologist consult or buying a reliable local pharmacy shampoo which is much cheaper and works better.

Haan yaar, maine bhi try kiya tha par dandruff ke liye toh bilkul kaam nahi kiya. It actually made my scalp more dry, jisse khujli aur badh gayi. Anti-dandruff ke liye toh medicinal shampoos hi best hote hain.

I tried using it, but my dandruff only went away when I stopped eating too many oily parathas and sweets! Native is okay for regular washing, but you really need to feed your body right to keep your scalp happy.

A healthy scalp comes from a calm mind and a pure diet, not just fancy shampoos. While this product is mild, it may not cure dandruff completely. Keep your thoughts positive, drink lots of water, and consult a doctor if the irritation persists.

It is a gentle shampoo, but it does not contain the specific ingredients needed to treat moderate dandruff. You might need a doctor-recommended clinical shampoo instead.
