Does nano hydroxyapatite prevent cavities?

My dentist suggested I look into toothpastes with nano hydroxyapatite for stronger teeth. I get cavities quite often, so I'm keen to know. Does nano hydroxyapatite really help prevent cavities effectively?

Yes, it actually works quite well for remineralizing teeth. I have been using a toothpaste with this ingredient for over a year now, and my dentist noticed my enamel looks much stronger. It is a great alternative to fluoride if you want something gentler.

Honestly, I cannot say if it works for everyone, but my sensitivity has gone down big time since I switched. I had two starting cavities last year, and during my recent checkup, my doc said they haven't grown at all. For me, it has been a game changer.

Preventing dental issues is always better because dental pain can really spike your stress and blood pressure. I use it alongside my low-sodium diet and daily walks to keep my overall health in check. Don't forget your routine dental checkup twice a year, that is still the most important thing.

Even I was reading up on this last night because my regular toothpaste isn't doing much. From what I found, it actually mimics natural tooth structure to pack in minerals. Let me know if you try it, I am also planning to order one next week to see if it reduces my plaque.

It definitely does! I switched my whole family to it and our dental visits have been so peaceful lately. No painful drillings or scary fillings for the kids, touchwood! Just make sure you brush for a full two minutes so it has time to work its magic.

It helps, but honestly, clean up your diet first if you want to avoid cavities. Cutting down on refined sugars and working out helps reduce systemic inflammation, which is great for gum health. Think of this toothpaste as just a solid supplement to your main training and clean eating routine.
