Does mouthwash help gum disease?

My gums often bleed when I brush, and my dentist said I have early signs of gum disease. I use mouthwash sometimes, but I'm not sure if it's really effective. Does mouthwash truly help with gum disease?

Mouthwash can be a helpful adjunct for reducing plaque bacteria, but it cannot cure established gum disease. Professional scaling and a dentist's evaluation are necessary.

I went to a top dental hospital for my bleeding gums, and they clearly told me that mouthwash only masks the issue. Please ask your dentist for a proper treatment plan instead of relying on over-the-counter products.

Haha, if mouthwash could cure gum disease, dentists would be out of jobs! It's good for fresh breath, but you still need to face that scary dental chair for proper tartar removal.

I read so much about gingivitis turning into periodontitis and got super worried. I started using chlorhexidine mouthwash, but make sure not to use it for more than 2 weeks as it can stain your teeth!

Humare yahan toh log haldi aur namak se kulla karte hain masoodo ke liye. Par agar dard jyada ho toh doctor babu ke paas jaakar safai karwana hi sabse thik rehta hai.

Yes, antibacterial mouthwashes help control plaque, but they can't replace regular brushing and professional flossing.

I completely understand how scary it is to see blood while brushing, I used to panic daily. Mouthwash helps soothe the inflammation temporarily, but getting a proper dental cleaning is what actually cured it for me.
