Does mould cause cancer?

We found some mould growing in a damp corner of our old house. My wife is quite worried and heard that mould exposure can cause serious health issues like cancer. Is there truth to this concern?

We had a major black mould issue in our damp apartment last year, and it caused us terrible chronic cough and sinus infections. I got so worried and asked my doctor about cancer, but he assured me that everyday household mould doesn't cause cancer. It just severely irritates your respiratory system, so getting rid of it is still important.

Look, don't worry unnecessarily about cancer from normal house mould. It mainly causes allergies, sneezing, and breathing problems, especially for kids. Just get some proper cleaning liquid, scrub your damp walls, and keep the rooms well-ventilated instead of reading scary things online.

If household mould caused cancer, half of Mumbai's damp apartments during monsoon would be in trouble! Don't stress, it only causes sneezing and sinus blockages. Just clean it up so you stop sneezing like a pressure cooker, you'll be absolutely fine.

Oh, please don't panic! Regular wall mould is definitely annoying and smelly, but it is not linked to cancer. Just call a professional cleaning service or use a good anti-fungal spray to clean it up and keep your home fresh and healthy. 😊

Haan na, internet pe padh ke toh sab cancer hi lagta hai! Actually, normal home mould doesn't cause cancer, so chill. But ho na, it can trigger asthma and skin allergies, so better to get those damp bathroom walls cleaned with bleach quickly.
