Does motrin affect the liver?

I take Motrin occasionally for headaches and body aches, maybe two or three times a month. I've been told that painkillers can sometimes affect the liver. Does Motrin affect the liver if taken regularly?

Motrin is processed more by the kidneys, but taking too many chemical painkillers is never good for any organ in our body. Relying on deep breathing and gentle stretches for minor aches is a much safer way to live.

I have to be very careful with all pain medicines because of my diabetic kidney health. Actually, Motrin is ibuprofen, which affects the kidneys and stomach lining more than the liver, but you still shouldn't abuse it.

I track my medicine intake on my health app to avoid overusing painkillers. Motrin generally risks stomach ulcers and kidney issues more, whereas paracetamol is the one that affects the liver if overdone. Keep a log of your doses!

Since I have high blood pressure, my doctor strictly told me to avoid Motrin because NSAIDs can raise blood pressure and strain the kidneys. Always get your organ function tests done regularly if you take painkillers often.

Motrin is ibuprofen, which is mostly hard on the stomach and kidneys, not the liver, unless taken in huge overdoses.
