Does milk cause cancer?

My neighbour told me that consuming too much milk can be bad for you and might even lead to cancer. I drink milk daily, so this got me worried. Does milk cause cancer?

I totally get it, there are so many scary articles on the internet these days that make us doubt everything we eat. But rest assured, moderate milk consumption does not cause cancer. Try to buy from a trusted local dairy if you want to avoid additives.

If you look at scientific data tracked across major health databases, there is no direct link showing moderate milk intake causes cancer. I track my macronutrients daily and include dairy for protein. Just stick to pasteurized, high-quality milk and keep your daily intake balanced.

Do not let these modern anxieties disturb your inner peace. Milk has always been considered nourishing and pure in our traditional wisdom when consumed mindfully. Focus on keeping a calm mind, eating fresh food, and staying positive.

I went through a phase where I was terrified of eating anything because of these online health scares, and it really messed with my mental peace. Please don't stress over this. Milk has been a staple in our diets for generations and is completely safe in normal amounts.

At my age, with high BP, I focus more on overall lifestyle rather than worrying about milk causing cancer. Regular doctor checkups and reducing processed sugar are far more important. A glass of low-fat milk daily is perfectly fine and actually keeps my calcium levels in check.
