Does mastubation prevent prostate cancer?

My uncle was recently diagnosed with prostate issues, and it made me more conscious about my own health. I've been told by some friends that 'mastubation' can prevent prostate cancer. Is this a fact, or just one of those old wives' tales?

Yes, some scientific studies have shown that frequent ejaculation can lower the risk of prostate cancer in men. But don't look at it as a magical shield. You still need to maintain a healthy lifestyle and do regular health checkups.

Please be very careful about relying on such online theories for cancer prevention. I ignored some mild urinary symptoms thinking everything was fine, which led to painful complications later. If you have any concerns, always consult a proper urologist.

While some studies suggest a link between this habit and better prostate health, we must remember that overall wellness comes from balanced eating and active living. If you ever experience any urinary difficulties, please don't rely on such theories and see a doctor immediately.

I was just doing some research on men's preventive health and found that several medical papers support this link. It seems the biological explanation is that it prevents calcium build-up in the gland. Pretty interesting and reassuring to know it has some medical backing.

From my own experience dealing with prostate health issues, let me tell you that regular ejaculation is just a tiny part of the picture. The most realistic tip is to watch your diet and get a regular PSA test once you hit 50. Don't avoid the doctor.

I actually read about this on a medical blog recently. Apparently, it helps clear out potential carcinogens from the prostate gland. It's a completely natural thing with actual health benefits, so don't sweat it.
