Does marijuana kill cancer cells?

My relative is undergoing cancer treatment, and we're looking into every possible option. I came across some information online claiming that marijuana can actually kill cancer cells. Is there any scientific evidence to support such a significant claim?

Do not fall for these online rumors, beta. Cancer is a very serious disease that cannot be cured by herbs or smoking. Always trust your doctors and big hospitals, and eat simple, clean food to keep your strength up.

With high BP, I have realized that standard medical care and a disciplined life are what keep us safe. Relying on such alternative claims for serious illnesses like cancer is highly risky. Stick to proper doctor checkups.

Hey, don't stress too much about what you read on internet forums. Some lab studies might show minor effects, but it is definitely not a cure for cancer in real life. Keep things simple and trust the actual doctors.

I keep seeing articles on social media claiming this, and it makes me wonder if there is any truth to it. Has anyone here actually discussed this with an oncologist? It is very confusing with so much conflicting information online.

A healthy vegetarian diet full of leafy greens and antioxidants supports your immunity, but we must not claim it cures serious diseases. The same goes for marijuana. Use common sense and rely on actual scientific treatments.

Yoga and meditation can help calm the mind and strengthen the body's life force during heavy medical treatments. But we must never claim herbs or plants can replace proper cancer treatments. Keep faith and follow your doctor's path.

In our community, we have seen that some patients use specific medical cannabis components to handle chemo nausea, but it does not cure the cancer itself. Always differentiate between symptom relief and actual treatment.

I used to panic and research every alternative cure when my relative was diagnosed with cancer. Later, we realized that sticking strictly to the oncologist's plan was the only thing that worked. Don't let internet rumors distract you.

Haan, log internet par kuch bhi likhte hain na. Real life mein cancer ka treatment sirf ache doctors hi kar sakte hain. Aise daawo par bilkul vishwas mat karo.

If it actually killed cancer cells so easily, doctors would be out of jobs by now! While I am awake scrolling the internet at 3 AM, I can tell you that real cancer treatments are complex. Don't believe everything you read online.

I have tried many home remedies for small illnesses, but for major things like cancer, home tips are not enough. We must trust the science and go to a big hospital. Do not delay real treatment for these rumors.

I totally get it, when a loved one is sick, we want to believe in any possible cure we hear about. But please be very careful. It is much safer to rely on proven medical chemotherapy and radiation treatments.
