Does lorazepam help you sleep?

I've been having trouble sleeping lately, waking up frequently and feeling tired. A friend mentioned that Lorazepam, which is an anxiety medicine, can also help with sleep. Is it true that Lorazepam can be used to improve sleep?

Yes, it absolutely puts you to sleep. I was prescribed it for a week during severe insomnia and it worked like a charm, but don't take it without a doctor's prescription.

I was struggling with terrible sleep issues last month due to stress. My doctor gave me Lorazepam for 5 days, and it really helped break that cycle of sleeplessness.

Yes, it is clinically prescribed for sleep induction. However, my doctor warned me that using it for more than 2-4 weeks can cause dependency, so it's only for temporary relief.

It works so well that you won't even hear your wife snoring! But jokes aside, use it cautiously as it can be very habit-forming.

It does help with sleep, but if you have high blood pressure like me, rely more on lifestyle changes, salt control, and regular checkups for long-term sleep improvement.

Bro, it definitely makes you sleep, but it feels like a heavy knockout. You might wake up feeling super groggy the next morning, so be careful.
