My cousin was constantly feeling drained out, and at home, we thought it was just from office stress. However, we trusted our family doctor's advice and did a full health checkup, which revealed fatty liver disease. Please do not ignore chronic tiredness and get a proper blood test done.

Hey, please don't stress too much! Yes, liver issues can make you feel super tired because the body is working extra hard to process toxins. But extreme exhaustion can also be due to low vitamin D or B12, so just get a simple blood test done to know for sure.

I manage thyroid issues, so I know how frustrating persistent fatigue is. Liver disease can definitely cause severe exhaustion because metabolic functions slow down. I highly suggest getting regular thyroid and liver function tests done so your doctor can pinpoint the exact cause.

With my PCOS, I often face extreme fatigue and learned that sluggish liver function can compound this issue. However, fatigue is a very general symptom, so it's best not to jump to conclusions. Kindly visit a healthcare professional to get an accurate diagnosis.

As someone managing high blood pressure, I've learned that sluggishness is often a sign of underlying organ stress, including the liver. It's vital to monitor your liver enzymes if you feel constantly exhausted. A disciplined lifestyle and regular checkups are key to staying on top of this.

Yes, chronic fatigue is actually the most common symptom of liver disease because of chemical imbalances in the brain and body. When I had fatty liver, I was constantly sluggish. Cutting out processed sugars completely and sleeping on a fixed schedule helped restore my energy levels significantly.
