Yes, liver is highly rich in protein, but don't blindly eat it in huge amounts thinking it is a magic cure for muscle gain or weakness. Too much liver can cause vitamin A toxicity. Always verify your dietary needs with a qualified nutritionist or doctor first.

Yes, liver is a nutrition powerhouse, offering about 20-24 grams of protein per 100 grams. My physician mentioned it is also loaded with B vitamins and iron, making it highly bioavailable. However, he warned against daily consumption due to the extremely high vitamin A content.

Haan yaar, liver mein protein toh bhar ke hota hai. It is excellent for health, but heavy hota hai digest karne ke liye, na? So don't eat it too late at night.

I can only speak from my own diet plan. I include goat liver once a week because it gives me a solid protein boost and keeps my energy levels up. It has worked well for my fitness goals so far.

Haan na, liver is very rich in protein and iron. It is actually great for health if you cook it with less masala. Just make sure to buy it fresh, ho na.

Liver is indeed high in protein, which can be great for blood sugar stability in PCOS. However, I am always cautious because organ meats can also affect cholesterol levels. It is best to eat it in moderation and keep tracking your lipid profile.

Yes, it is very rich in protein and nutrients. When my son was recovering from severe anemia, we used to cook small portions of liver for him. Just make sure it is washed thoroughly and cooked well with very minimal spices.

It is scientifically proven that liver is an excellent source of high-quality protein and essential amino acids. However, since diet needs vary based on your overall health, consulting a certified dietician is the best way to plan your intake.

Liver is a great source of protein and iron, but if you have existing kidney or gout issues, the high purine content can be risky. Always check with your doctor before adding heavy organ meats to your regular diet.
