Does laundry detergent cause cancer?

Reading some articles online about common household products and their potential risks, I came across laundry detergents. It mentioned that some chemicals might be harmful. Does using regular laundry detergent actually cause cancer over time with daily exposure?

I used to worry about this too after reading some scary posts online. Regular laundry detergents don't cause cancer, but the strong chemicals and fragrances can definitely irritate sensitive skin. I switched to a mild, fragrance-free liquid detergent and my skin rashes completely stopped.

Oh god, please don't stress too much about these random internet rumors! Standard detergents are thoroughly tested and perfectly safe to use. If you are still worried, just do an extra rinse cycle to wash off any leftover soap residue.

These WhatsApp forwards claiming household soaps cause cancer are completely baseless. Instead of trusting random online blogs, you can look up safety databases or ask a dermatologist about chemical safety.

Nahi bhaiya, isse cancer nahi hota hai. Hum toh saalo se vahi powder use kar rahe hain aur sab tandurust hain. Agar thodi khujli ho toh sabun badal ke dekh lo, bas yahi baat hai.

No, it doesn't cause cancer, but keeping your skin healthy is important. I always make sure my gym wear is washed thoroughly so sweat and detergent don't cause breakouts. Staying active and eating fresh food is what actually keeps us healthy.

Let's be realistic, commercial detergents are highly regulated before they hit the market. They contain surfactants, not carcinogens. If you want to avoid synthetic chemicals altogether for peace of mind, just buy organic plant-based detergents.
