Does lack of sleep cause low blood pressure?

Sometimes I feel very dizzy, especially when I stand up quickly, and my blood pressure readings are often on the lower side. I also struggle with insomnia and hardly ever get a full night's sleep. Could there be a connection between my chronic lack of sleep and my low blood pressure?

Actually, lack of sleep usually causes high blood pressure, ho na. But sometimes because of severe fatigue, you can feel dizzy and weak, which feels like low BP. Body ko thoda rest de do, sab thik ho jayega.

Bro, for me it is the opposite. When I pull an all-nighter, I get super dizzy and my BP drops because of dehydration and exhaustion. Drinking some salt-sugar water or electoral always helps me feel normal instantly.

Yes, when we are very tired from not sleeping, our body becomes weak and blood pressure can drop slightly, making us feel faint. Please lie down, drink some warm water, and try to sleep.

Lack of sleep disturbs the autonomic nervous system, which can cause erratic blood pressure. I found that doing some deep pranayama like Nadi Shodhana can help stabilize the body's pressure. Do give your body the rest it needs.

I used to have terrible dizzy spells and anxiety because of my low BP and insomnia. It is so scary when you feel like you might pass out. I completely validate how frustrating this is, but please know that resting and hydration really help.

I literally just recovered from a phase of severe dizziness caused by lack of sleep. My doctor checked my BP and it was quite low because of physical exhaustion. Once I fixed my sleep schedule and slept 8 hours for a week, my BP went back to normal.
