Does l-theanine interfere with thyroid medication?
I have hypothyroidism and take medication for it daily. I'm thinking of adding L-Theanine to my routine for stress relief, but I'm cautious about interactions. Does L-Theanine interfere with thyroid medication? I don't want any complications.
