Does l arginine affect the liver?

I've been taking L-Arginine supplements for my workout routine. My father has some liver issues, so I'm generally careful about supplements affecting the liver. Does L-Arginine affect the liver in any way? I just want to be safe.

L-arginine is an amino acid that helps the body, but moderation is always key to keeping our inner systems in harmony. Stay positive, eat fresh foods, and take care of your body's natural balance.

I use L-Arginine as a pre-workout for crazy muscle pumps. I haven't faced any liver issues, but taking too much can definitely mess with your stomach. Stick to the recommended dose and you should be fine.

Haan na, any supplement we take in excess puts a load on our liver. It is always better to get these amino acids from a natural diet like dairy and nuts instead of packets.

Haan, it actually helps the liver clear ammonia from the body, na. But if someone already has chronic liver disease, high doses can be risky. Always check with your doctor first.

Ji, these gym medicines should be taken very carefully. The liver has to clean everything we eat. It is best to eat boiled chana and milk for strength instead of buying these expensive boxes.

I had elevated liver enzymes last year and was taking many supplements including L-Arginine. My doctor made me stop all of them until my liver recovered. Please don't take any supplement blindly if your liver parameters are not normal.

In normal amounts, it actually supports liver detoxification! Just don't go overboard with the dosage and stay well-hydrated throughout the day.
