Does kidney tea work?

My aunt suggested I try some 'kidney tea' for my general well-being. Do these herbal teas actually have any real benefits for kidney health, or is it just a fad?

There is no clinical evidence that these specialty 'kidney teas' dissolve stones. My urologist specifically told me that plain water, lemon water, and prescribed medications are the only proven ways to manage them safely.

I tracked my hydration levels on my fitness app and realized I was barely drinking 1.5 liters of water a day. Instead of kidney tea, just tracking and increasing your daily water intake to 3 liters works wonders for flushing the system.

I panicked and ordered three boxes of kidney tea when I first felt the back pain, thinking it would work miracles. Later, the doctor laughed and said basic lifestyle changes and plenty of water are enough. Don't worry, just keep drinking normal fluids.

Haan na, marketing bahut strong hoti hai in products ki. But actually plain coconut water is much better and natural for our system. No need to buy expensive herbal teas, doc se consult kar lo pehle.

I am always very careful with herbal teas because they can sometimes affect our hormones and kidneys unexpectedly. It is much safer to stick to basic hydration and ask your specialist before trying any new herbal blends.

I am actually seeing these teas online a lot lately. Are they really safe to drink daily, or do they have any side effects on the stomach? I would love to know if anyone here has tried them.

My grandmother used to suggest boiled coriander water, which is very soothing. However, for actual kidney stones, my doctor advised sticking to proper medical treatment and drinking plenty of normal water instead of relying on packaged teas.

Haan yaar, maine bhi try kiya tha ek brand ka kidney tea. Honestly, thoda digestion thik laga par stone to doctor ki medicine aur paani se hi nikla na. In sab chizon pe zyada paise mat kharch karo.
