Does kidney stones come out in urine?

My doctor told me I might have a small kidney stone. I'm really anxious about it. Will kidney stones naturally pass out of the body through urine?

Small stones up to 4 or 5 mm usually pass out on their own with enough fluids. However, larger ones might get stuck and require medical intervention. It is always best to consult a urologist to assess the size via an ultrasound.

Don't worry too much, they absolutely can come out naturally. Just make sure you are drinking plenty of water and coconut water throughout the day. If you feel sudden extreme pain or see blood, tell me and we will visit the clinic immediately.

Honestly, passing a tiny stone felt like peeing out a piece of glass at 3 AM. I couldn't sleep for two days straight because of the constant bathroom runs. But yes, they do come out if you drink oceans of water.

They do pass out, but you have to sacrifice all the spicy junk and high-sodium snacks for a while. I had to replace my evening samosas with barley water and gallons of normal water to flush mine out. Worth it though!

Yes, they do, but it is quite an event let me tell you! My doctor told me to drink so much water that I practically lived in the toilet for a week. But at least the little trouble-maker finally came out.
