Does ketamine help you sleep?

Insomnia is a big struggle for me, and I've tried many things. Someone mentioned that ketamine might have some sedative effects. Can ketamine help a person sleep better?

Bhai, ketamine sleep medicine nahi hai, ye toh hospital mein anesthesia ke liye use hota hai. Agar sone mein takleef hai toh thoda garam doodh piyo aur shaam ko thoda tehlo. Aise bade chemicals doctor ke pooche bina kabhi mat lena.

I was under ketamine therapy for chronic pain and let me tell you, it actually gave me vivid dreams and disturbed my sleep initially rather than helping me rest. It is definitely not a sleeping aid. If you want better sleep, ask your doctor for safer, specific sleep-regulating options.

Hey, don't stress too much about your sleep issues! Ketamine might make you feel drowsy or out of it initially, but it actually disrupts your normal sleep cycles and isn't a cure for insomnia. Let's try some simple chamomile tea or meditation, and definitely talk to a doc if it's bad.

Using expensive specialized medicines like ketamine for sleep is not practical and will only drain your budget. A proper sleep study or consulting a local physician costs much less and will find the real root cause of your insomnia. Plan your medical expenses wisely and avoid self-prescribing.

I understand how hard it is when you can't sleep properly at night. Ketamine is not meant for sleep problems and can actually make your mind more active or anxious. Please take care and consult a doctor to find a safe way to rest.
