Does ivermectin kill liver flukes?

I heard about liver flukes from a documentary about parasitic infections, and it sounded quite serious. Is Ivermectin an effective treatment for killing liver flukes?

Liver flukes usually happen from eating contaminated raw water vegetables or water. I don't think ivermectin is the main medicine for this. Better to ask a doctor and focus on thoroughly washing your veggies.

No, actually ivermectin is not the standard treatment for liver flukes. Triclabendazole is what doctors usually prescribe. Get a proper stool test done and consult a specialist.

Don't worry too much. Just visit a local clinic and show them your reports, they will give you the correct worm medicine.

I totally get it, stomach infections and parasites can be so frustrating and painful. But please don't self-medicate with ivermectin. Let a doc confirm the diagnosis first.

Humare yahan bhi pani se aisi bimari ho jati hai. Aap khud se dawayi mat lo, sarkari hospital ke doctor ko dikha lo, woh sasti aur sahi dawa likh denge.

Why try to guess medicines online for parasites? Only a doctor can tell you if it's liver flukes or something else after proper tests. Avoid random self-prescription.
