I have been struggling with bad insomnia lately. Does inositol really help you fall asleep faster, or is it only for anxiety? If anyone has tried it, please let me know.

Yeah, it actually works. I take it about an hour before sleeping and it quietens the constant mental chatter. Definitely feels like my deep sleep has improved.

It can gently relax your nervous system for a better night's rest. Along with the supplement, try a few minutes of deep breathing before sleeping. Take care and stay positive.

Don't stress too much about your sleepless nights, buddy! Inositol can actually help calm your brain down before bed because it supports serotonin. It's really helped me get more peaceful sleep.

Ji, it helps you feel very peaceful and relaxed at night. I used to toss and turn a lot, but this made my mind quiet. It is a very gentle remedy.
