Does inositol help pcos?

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and my doctor recommended Inositol. I've heard good things about it for managing symptoms. Does Inositol really help with PCOS, especially with hormonal imbalances and other issues?

Yes, absolutely! Myo-inositol was a game-changer for my PCOS. It regularized my periods and controlled my crazy sugar cravings. Make sure to combine it with a low-carb diet for best results.

Inositol is very commonly recommended now for PCOS to help manage insulin resistance. It comes in a 40:1 ratio of Myo to D-chiro inositol which works best. Do talk to your gynecologist for the right dosage.

It is quite helpful for managing PCOS naturally. Along with it, try drinking spearmint tea and eating home-cooked meals. But if your periods are highly irregular, do consult a doctor first.

My partner started taking inositol and we tracked her cycle on an app—her ovulation became much more regular within three months. It definitely helps manage insulin spikes too. Highly recommend tracking your progress!
