I can barely get 5 hours of sleep, let alone think about getting a tan! But seriously, those UV tanning beds are literally cancer machines. Just stick to our natural Indian sun or buy a bronzer if you really want that glow.
Why do people want to cook their skin in these modern machines? In our times, we used simple ubtan with besan and turmeric for healthy, glowing skin. Artificial rays are very harmful and can cause severe skin diseases, so please avoid these western habits.
Hey, don't stress too much if you have done it once or twice, but definitely don't make it a regular thing. Indoor tanning beds use super concentrated UV rays which are directly linked to melanoma. Just use a good SPF and stay safe, bro.
Yes, unfortunately, the high UV radiation from indoor tanning is very risky and significantly increases the chances of skin cancer. Please protect your skin and avoid using them.

Our bodies are a temple given by God, and we must treat them with love and natural care. Exposing ourselves to harsh artificial radiation for temporary beauty is not good. Stay positive, embrace your natural skin tone, and let your inner light shine.
