Does indica help you sleep?

I've been having a lot of trouble sleeping at night due to stress and I'm looking for natural remedies. A friend suggested using Indica for better sleep. Does Indica actually help you sleep better?

Yes, it generally has a very relaxing effect on the body and helps people wind down. But use it carefully.

In medical literature, certain strains are known for their relaxing properties, but self-medication is never safe. It can interfere with your sleep cycle and cause dependency over time. Please consult a sleep specialist or a certified practitioner before trying anything new.

Before trying these kinds of strong substances, why not try some simple hot chamomile tea or warm milk with a pinch of turmeric at night? If your insomnia is very severe and persistent, it is much safer to visit a doctor instead of experimenting.

I used to have terrible sleep issues, but physically tiring myself out with a 45-minute evening walk worked wonders. Relying on external substances for sleep isn't a great long-term plan. Try some light cardio or yoga first if your doctor says it is okay for your health.

It definitely knocks you out, but then you might wake up at 3 AM looking for chips and biscuits in the kitchen! Jokes aside, it works for some, but don't make it a daily habit or you won't be able to sleep without it.

Haan, it is known to relax your mind and muscles, which naturally helps you fall asleep. But daily depend hona is not good na. Normal sleep hygiene follow karna sabse best hota hai long run mein.
