Does ibuprofen help kidney pain?

My uncle has chronic kidney issues, and sometimes he gets this sharp pain. We usually give him his prescribed meds, but he's asking if ibuprofen would help just for the pain, for a change? We're a bit worried it might affect his kidneys more.

Hey! Actually, you should avoid ibuprofen if you have kidney pain. Painkillers like ibuprofen put a lot of pressure on the kidneys and can make the issue worse. It's much safer to get it checked by a doctor right away.

Beta, don't take these heavy English medicines for kidney pain. They can harm your system more. Drink coconut water and go to the local hospital to show a doctor. Take care of yourself.

Please do not take ibuprofen for kidney pain. Since NSAIDs are filtered through the kidneys, taking them can actually worsen any underlying kidney strain or stone issue. Drink plenty of water and let a doctor examine you today.

My nephrologist specifically warned me against using ibuprofen for back or side pain that might be kidney-related. He explained that NSAIDs reduce blood flow to the kidneys, which can cause acute damage if there's already an issue. Please consult a doctor for a safe alternative.

Taking ibuprofen for kidney pain is like throwing petrol on a fire to put it out! Kidneys hate NSAIDs, my friend. Skip the pill, drink some water, and run to a clinic before your kidneys plan a strike against you.
