Does hypertension cause vomiting?

I have hypertension and sometimes, out of nowhere, I feel nauseous and then vomit. It's quite unsettling. Could this be related to my blood pressure, or is it something else? I am trying to figure out what's going on.

Yesterday my BP shot up and I suddenly felt so nauseous and threw up. Has this happened to anyone else? I am really worried if it's a sign of something worse.

Yes bro, when my dad's BP went extremely high once, he started vomiting and had a massive headache. We rushed him to the clinic immediately. If it's happening, don't sit at home, check your BP.

Yes, extreme hypertension can cause nausea and vomiting due to increased pressure. Focus on a clean diet, cut down on processed foods, and make sure you do light exercise regularly once your doctor clears you.

Normally it's my wife's anger that causes me to vomit, but jokes aside, very high BP can definitely make you dizzy and sick to your stomach. Go get it checked, don't wait for it to pass!

I read that a sudden spike in blood pressure can cause severe headaches and vomiting, which is actually an emergency sign. Please check your BP right away and visit a doctor if it is very high.
