Does hyperbaric oxygen therapy help diabetic wounds?

My father has had diabetic wounds on his feet for a long time, and they are not healing properly. A friend mentioned hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Can this treatment actually help with diabetic wounds?

While home remedies like turmeric are good for small cuts, diabetic wounds are very risky. Hyperbaric therapy is highly spoken of because it pushes oxygen deep into the tissues. Along with it, keep the wound completely clean and dry.

My father had a severe foot ulcer that wasn't healing for months. HBOT therapy really saved him from worsening infection. It takes multiple sessions and can be expensive, but the healing rate is excellent. Just ensure his sugar is kept strictly under control.

Yes, absolutely. It's a standard and highly effective clinical treatment for non-healing diabetic foot ulcers because it increases oxygen supply to the damaged tissues. Go to a reputed hospital that has a proper hyperbaric chamber setup.

It acts like a deep breath of life for the cells that are starved of oxygen. While you undergo this modern clinical therapy, try practicing gentle pranayama to keep your inner stress levels low and blood circulation active.

It definitely helps, but along with these advanced therapies, you must regularly check blood pressure and blood sugar. If those basic parameters are high, no therapy can heal the wound properly. Focus on daily lifestyle too.

I know how painful and exhausting it is to deal with a non-healing diabetic wound, it feels like it will never get better. We were so hopeless until we tried HBOT. It gave us our lives back, so please stay strong and try it.

Haan na, diabetic wounds take so much time to heal and it is very stressful. This oxygen therapy is actually very good for tissues. If the doctor has suggested it, definitely go for it, it will help him heal faster.
