Does hormone replacement therapy cause cancer?

My doctor recommended hormone replacement therapy for my severe hot flashes and mood swings. However, my family is very concerned about the risks. Does hormone replacement therapy truly increase the risk of developing cancer?

Babu, hamare gaon mein toh log aisi dawayi se bahut darte hain. Sab kehte hain ki bina doctor se pooche aisi cheezein nahi leni chahiye. Tum bade sheher ke achhe doctor se baat karo, wahi sahi rasta batayenge.

Modern therapies can sometimes stress the physical body and increase certain risks. In my experience, keeping the mind calm through daily meditation and breathing exercises can help our cells stay healthy. Follow your doctor's path but keep your inner energy pure.

I spent all night reading scary medical articles about hormone therapy and cancer, and now I am both sleep-deprived and terrified. Honestly, the risk exists but it seems low if monitored well. I should probably close my laptop and just trust the specialist!

That is true, the risk is there but very minimal when managed under proper medical supervision.

Look, don't read random Google articles and scare yourself to death. Hormone therapy has some risks depending on your age and health history, but a good doctor won't prescribe it if it is dangerous for you. Go talk to your specialist directly.

While you evaluate hormone risks with your doctor, focusing on regular cardio can help keep your overall body health and immune system strong. I always recommend at least 30 minutes of brisk walking daily, provided your doctor clears you for active exercise.
