Does herpes cause testicle pain?

I've been having some discomfort and pain in my testicles lately. I'm really worried, and someone mentioned it could be related to herpes. Can a herpes infection lead to pain in the testicles?

Haan, genital herpes ke outbreak ke time pe surrounding areas mein radiating pain ho sakta hai na. Is wajah se kabhi kabhi testicles mein bhi heavy ya dull pain feel hota hai. Par accurate diagnosis ke liye ek baar urologist se consult karna best rahega.

I completely understand how terrifying it is to feel pain in such a sensitive area; I used to stay awake all night panicking over similar symptoms. Herpes can sometimes cause nerve pain that radiates to the groin and testicles. Please don't sit with this anxiety—go see a doctor so they can reassure you.

Any kind of testicular pain should never be ignored or self-diagnosed. While nerve irritation from a herpes outbreak can sometimes cause radiating discomfort, it could also be due to infections like epididymitis or other issues. Please get it checked by a qualified physician immediately to be safe.

When my brother had a similar health scare, we went to a leading multi-specialty hospital for proper testing. The specialist explained that herpes can cause neuropathic pain in the pelvic region, but they must rule out other testicular issues first. Do not hesitate to ask your doctor for a clear explanation and necessary scans.

Listen, don't let your mind run wild with worst-case scenarios. Nerve pain in the groin area can happen during an outbreak, but it is highly manageable once the virus is controlled with antivirals. Just book an appointment with a good urologist tomorrow and get it sorted, alright?

I remember feeling so isolated and embarrassed when I was dealing with pelvic and testicular pain during my diagnosis. It is a very difficult emotional space to be in, but please know you are not alone and this is a very common medical symptom. Getting the right antiviral treatment helped ease the pain and my anxiety.

I am quite new to learning about these health issues and feel a bit hesitant to discuss this. Does this kind of pain only happen when there are active sores, or can it happen even before the sores appear? I hope you feel better soon.
