Does hernia pain come and go?

I've been having some strange pain in my groin area, and sometimes it feels like a small bulge, but then it disappears. My son thinks it might be a hernia. Does hernia pain typically come and go, or is it usually constant?

I totally get it, that sudden dull ache can be so frustrating when it randomly pops up. For many people, hernia pain worsens when coughing, lifting weights, or standing for a long time, and then goes away when you lie down. Please don't strain yourself and keep track of when it hurts.

My hernia pain is like my baby's sleep schedule, completely unpredictable and keeps me up at night! It will be quiet all day and then suddenly pinch me when I bend down to pick up a toy. Honestly, it definitely comes and goes depending on how I move.

Yes, hernia pain can definitely fluctuate based on pressure inside your abdomen. I found that light walking helps keep my core stable and digestion smooth, which reduces the frequency of the pain. Just make sure you avoid heavy lifting or high-impact exercises until your doctor evaluates it.

I get so anxious whenever my hernia pain acts up, fearing it might get trapped or obstructed. It usually fades when I rest, but the constant worry is exhausting. Please monitor it closely and seek immediate medical attention if you experience severe, sudden pain, nausea, or vomiting.

Haan, hernia ka pain aata jaata rehta hai, khaskar jab aap bhari samaan uthate ho ya bohot der khade hote ho na. Jab aaram karo toh thik ho jata hai. But agar pain continuous ho jaye aur kam na ho, toh turant doc ko dikhana chahiye.
