Does hepatitis b vaccine cause autism?

My baby just got the first dose of the Hepatitis B vaccine. I saw a post online linking it to autism, which has me quite worried. Can anyone tell me if there's any scientific basis to this claim?

I used to spend hours searching this online because I get so paranoid about vaccine safety. But honestly, every single reputed medical study says there is absolutely no link between the two. It's completely safe, so please don't worry.

No, it does not. Just like we trust scientifically backed diabetes treatments, we must trust vaccines. Guarding against a real liver virus is extremely important for long-term health.

When we went to the hospital for our baby's shots, the senior doctor assured us that this rumor has been thoroughly debunked worldwide. Please ask your pediatrician clearly so you can put your mind at ease.

I also panicked after reading some weird forward when my son was born. But after talking to our pediatrician, I realized it was just fake news. We got him vaccinated, and he is absolutely healthy and fine.

Do not believe these unverified internet blogs and social media rumors. There is zero scientific evidence linking the Hepatitis B vaccine to autism. Always verify such critical medical facts directly with a qualified doctor.

basal fears like this only bring unnecessary stress to the mind. The vaccine is a shield for the physical body to stay healthy. Keep a positive mind and take care of your children's health without fear.
