Does hepatitis a injection hurt?

My young son is due for his Hepatitis A vaccination soon, and he's quite scared of injections. Does the hepatitis A injection hurt a lot? I want to prepare him for it as best as I can.

I was crying before taking it because I have a huge phobia of needles. But honestly, the mental stress was far worse than the actual prick. The pain is just a tiny pinch, so please don't let anxiety stop you.

I need to get this vaccine next week and I am a bit scared. Does the arm feel heavy or sore for days after the injection, or does the pain go away quickly? Please let me know.

It is just like any other routine vaccine, a mild muscle soreness for a day is normal. Just keep your arm relaxed during the injection and don't rub it. Managing your health proactively with vaccines is very important.

Actually yaar, it doesn't hurt much at all. It is just like a normal covid or flu shot. Your arm might feel a little heavy by evening, but you can easily go to work or college. Just take it and chill.

Keep your mind calm and take a deep breath when the needle goes in. The physical body handles these minor pricks easily when we do not hold tension. Stay positive and take care of your health.

I took my Hep A shot last year before my travel. I only felt a slight sting for a few seconds when they injected it, and the arm was a bit stiff the next morning. By the second day, I didn't feel anything.

Bro, don't stress too much about it! It's a tiny needle and the whole thing takes like five seconds. Treat yourself to a good ice cream after the shot and you'll forget all about the pain.
