Does hemp oil help rheumatoid arthritis?

My daughter suggested I try hemp oil for my rheumatoid arthritis, saying she heard good things about it. Does hemp oil actually help with rheumatoid arthritis pain and inflammation? I'm open to natural remedies.

I've been looking into natural remedies for joint pain and read that hemp seed oil has good fatty acids that help reduce inflammation. It is not a cure, but many people say applying it topically gives some temporary soothing relief.

Please don't rely only on oils for rheumatoid arthritis. I ignored my joint swelling for months, thinking some home oil would fix it, and ended up with joint damage. RA is an autoimmune disease, so please consult a rheumatologist immediately.

Dealing with chronic joint pain can be so exhausting and stressful, I completely feel you. While looking for options, hemp oil might sound promising for relief. Just ensure you chat with your doctor before starting any alternative therapy so you feel safe.

It might bring a little ease to the stiffness, but rheumatoid pain needs proper medical care. Hope you find some comfort soon. Take care.

Hemp oil can act as a good lubricant for gentle massage and reduces dryness, but RA is deep-seated inflammation. Use it as a supportive therapy if it suits you, but never skip your main prescription medicines. Balancing both is the key.
