Does hemorrhoids cause tailbone pain?

I've been dealing with hemorrhoids for a while, and recently I've also started having tailbone pain, especially when sitting. Is it possible that hemorrhoids cause tailbone pain, or are these two separate issues?

Sometimes sitting for long hours due to piles can strain the tailbone area. I found that gentle stretches and Vajrasana after meals really helped my posture. Also, using a soft cushion while sitting relieves the pressure from both areas.

Tailbone pain can sometimes be due to an abscess or cyst near the spine, which is different from piles. Please do not assume it is just hemorrhoids. Go to a general surgeon and get a proper physical examination done.

Oh, the joy of sitting when you have piles! Honestly, because you sit so awkwardly to avoid the pain, your tailbone takes all the load and starts protesting. It is like trying to balance on one side of your seat, of course it will hurt!

I am dealing with this right now and it is so scary. Every time I sit, my tailbone hurts along with the piles discomfort. Has anyone else experienced this exact same combination? Should I worry?

Bro, during exams I sat for 8 hours straight and faced this exact issue. The pressure down there just spreads to the lower back and tailbone. Trust me, taking breaks every hour to walk around helps a lot.

Direct relation is rare, but sitting continuously in pain ruins your posture, which causes tailbone ache. Drink lots of water, eat high-fiber food, and stop sitting on hard chairs. If it doesn't go away in a week, go see a doctor.

Actually yaar, when you have piles, your pelvic muscles get super tight because of the constant swelling and pain. That pressure easily travels to your tailbone. Try using a donut cushion, it is a lifesaver.
