Does heart attack pain come and go?

My grandfather had a heart attack a few years back, and sometimes I feel a strange pain in my chest that scares me. Does heart attack pain generally come and go, or is it usually persistent? I'm quite concerned about this.

Yes, heart attack pain can absolutely come and go, often mimicking normal indigestion. Always get a professional medical opinion immediately if you feel this.

When my son had chest tightness, we rushed to the clinic and fortunately it was benign. But the doctor warned us that in older adults, heart attack pain is highly unpredictable and can easily fade and reappear. Don't wait for the pain to become constant before calling for help.

I am always cautious about health symptoms because of my PCOS struggles. From what doctors have told my family, cardiac pain doesn't always stay constant; it can peak and then subside. It's better to be safe and get a proper medical evaluation than to guess.

Hey, don't ignore this. Sometimes heart pain comes in waves as a warning sign that blood flow is being restricted. Don't panic, but please go to a clinic right away and get an ECG done. Let's make sure you're safe first.

According to several health logs and medical articles I track, angina or early heart attack symptoms can be intermittent. Even if your smart watch shows normal stats while the pain subsides, don't rely solely on tech. A hospital trip is necessary for actual cardiac enzymes testing.

Since I manage diabetes, my doctor warned me that my pain perception might be different. Diabetic patients often feel mild or fleeting chest pain that comes and goes, which can easily be ignored. Please get your heart checked regularly and take any discomfort seriously.

Yes, dear, it is a very common misconception that heart pain must be constant and unbearable. It can start as a mild ache, go away for a while, and then return much stronger. Please treat any coming-and-going chest discomfort with utmost priority.
