Does head and shoulders get rid of dandruff?

I tried using it for months but my dandruff kept coming back even worse. When I finally visited the dermatologist at Apollo, they told me I had seborrheic dermatitis which requires a proper prescription lotion. It's much better to consult a skin doctor directly instead of trying multiple shampoos.
