Does hay fever go away?

Developed hay fever symptoms for the first time this year, and it's making me quite miserable with the constant sneezing and itchy eyes. Is hay fever something that eventually goes away on its own, or is it usually a lifelong condition once you have it?

It doesn't completely disappear forever, but you can manage it easily with simple steps. Keeping your windows closed during high pollen seasons and using a damp cloth for dusting works wonders. Investing in a budget air purifier for your bedroom also helps a lot.

Usually, hay fever is a seasonal allergy that comes and goes depending on the weather and dust levels. Over the years, I've noticed my symptoms have actually become milder as I aged. Just keep your surroundings clean, drink warm water, and don't worry too much, it gets better.

I have been dealing with allergic rhinitis for ten years and trust me, it doesn't just vanish. But you can easily control it by tracking what triggers your sneezing, like pollen or pet dander. Taking a mild steam inhalation daily and using doctor-prescribed nasal sprays during flare-ups makes it very manageable.

Agreed, it doesn't go away permanently but symptoms reduce heavily if you avoid dust. Wearing a simple mask while sweeping or going outdoors helps immensely.

It doesn't go away completely, but it definitely gets much better once the season changes! Just stay hydrated and try to avoid dusty areas for a few days. You'll be back to your energetic self very soon, don't worry!
