Does glyphosate cause cancer?

I recently read some articles about glyphosate being linked to serious health issues. My family uses a lot of fresh produce, and I'm worried about pesticide residues. Does this chemical really cause cancer?

In my 65 years, I have seen so many reports and scares about chemicals come and go. Honestly, our ancestors also faced different types of crop sprays, but the main thing is to wash your veggies very nicely with warm water. Don't let these news articles give you tension, just focus on clean eating.

Our bodies have a beautiful natural strength to heal when we keep our minds peaceful. Rather than worrying about what is in the soil, let us focus on gratitude for the food we have and keep our thoughts positive. Take care of your health, eat simple home-cooked meals, and stay calm.

Every second website has a different story about chemicals like glyphosate. Please don't trust WhatsApp forwards or random online blogs for stuff like cancer. If you are worried about pesticide exposure or your health, talk to a proper oncologist or internal medicine doctor who actually understands toxicology.

Buying fully organic food is too expensive for a normal family, let's be real. What I do is soak all my vegetables and fruits in vinegar and baking soda water for 15 minutes before cooking. It is a simple, cheap way to feel a bit safer about whatever sprays they use.

Honestly, read about this for my environmental science assignment and got so paranoid! But literally everything seems to have some warning label these days. I think we just have to wash our food really well and not stress ourselves to death over things we can't fully control.

I was tracking my food sources on an ingredient analysis app and found a lot of debate on this. While international bodies are still arguing over the exact cancer risk of glyphosate, I just try to scan barcodes and buy from certified clean brands where possible. It helps me stay in control of my daily chemical load.
