Does ginger detox liver?

My father has some liver issues and we're looking for natural ways to support his health. My neighbour swears by ginger for detoxification. Does ginger really detox the liver, or is it more of a traditional belief?

Ginger has excellent anti-inflammatory properties that support liver function, but there's no such thing as an overnight detox. Keep your diet clean, do regular cardio, and let your liver do its job naturally.

At 50, my liver probably needs a lot of help after all the festive eating! I drink ginger tea hoping for a quick detox, but my doctor tells me only a proper diet and less oil will actually save my liver.

My gastroenterologist at Aster Medcity explicitly told me that the liver detoxes itself and ginger just provides supportive antioxidants. Don't fall for heavy detox claims; ask your doctor for a proper plan.

I know how stressful it is when you get a fatty liver report and just want a quick natural cure. I tried heavy ginger juices but they just gave me acidity. Please take it easy and make slow, sustainable food changes.

I tried taking high-concentration ginger supplements to 'cleanse' my liver and ended up with severe stomach pain and high liver enzymes. Please consult a qualified doctor instead of doing self-medication with herbal extracts.

Ginger is great for insulin sensitivity which indirectly helps with fatty liver issues common in PCOS. But please be cautious and don't drink raw ginger juice in excess, as it can irritate your stomach lining.
