Bhai, tooth pain can make it impossible to eat or sleep. This medicine is strong and helps when the jaw nerves are hurting. But please go to a dentist in town to get the tooth fixed properly.

Yes, it is sometimes used for atypical facial or dental nerve pain. However, for standard toothaches due to decay, it won't do much. You'll need a proper dental examination and likely a local treatment.

Actually gabapentin works on nerve pain, not your regular cavity pain yaar. If you have deep nerve damage in your jaw, it might help, but otherwise standard painkillers or a dentist visit is what you need.

I completely understand how overwhelming and scary severe tooth pain can be. It is okay to look for quick relief, but please remember that getting a dentist's opinion is the safest way to feel better permanently.

Make sure you aren't ignoring an active dental infection while trying to suppress the pain with medications. Keep your nutrition high and get the tooth evaluated by a professional as soon as possible.

When my thyroid was imbalanced, my gum health also suffered, leading to nerve pain. Please don't just self-medicate with strong pills like gabapentin; get a proper dental and general health checkup done once.
