Does frankincense help with pain?

I suffer from chronic knee pain, especially in the winters, and I'm always looking for natural remedies. My neighbour suggested trying frankincense for pain relief. Has anyone used it, and does it actually help with pain?

Well, our ancestors definitely loved it, and it smells amazing enough to make you forget your pain for a minute! But seriously, while it has anti-inflammatory properties, don't expect it to work like a magic painkiller. Keep a real doctor on speed dial.

Frankincense, or Boswellia, is a very sacred herb with natural healing energies that help calm joint pain and inflammation. Please stay positive, apply it gently with a carrier oil, and let your body heal peacefully.

I tried frankincense oil diluted with coconut oil for my pelvic cramps, and it did feel soothing, though it didn't cure the pain completely. Everyone's body reacts differently, so please be cautious and test it on a small skin patch first.

Yes, many people find relief from joint pain using Shallaki (which is Indian frankincense) because of its anti-inflammatory effects. It works slowly, so don't expect instant relief. If the pain is severe, get a proper diagnosis first.

Indian Frankincense or Boswellia supplements are often used in Ayurveda for joint health. However, make sure you buy pure, high-quality extracts without fillers, and always consult a doctor before consuming any herbal capsules.

It can help mild aches and joint swelling because of its natural anti-inflammatory compounds. But please don't rely only on this if you have chronic or intense pain. Take care of yourself, and let a doctor examine it properly if it persists.
