Does flu include fever?

I've been feeling quite sick with body aches and a sore throat, but no fever yet. My wife says I might have the flu, but I thought flu always came with a fever. Does flu include fever, or can it be mild?

Actually, fever is the main thing in flu, yaar. If you don't have fever, it might just be a regular cold or some allergy. Rest up and monitor your temp.

Oh, flu and fever are like best friends who travel together! If you have the flu, a fever will almost always show up to crash the party. Just snuggle under your blanket and let your body fight it off.

Yes, fever usually comes with the flu. When my family gets it, I give them warm tulsi-kadha with honey which really helps soothe the throat and manages the body chills nicely.

Haan beta, flu mein toh tej bukhar aata hi hai. Weakness bhi lagti hai bahut. Thoda garm paani piyo aur achhe se aaram karo, sab theek ho jayega.

Yes, fever is definitely a part of flu. No need to rush to big hospitals immediately; just keep a basic digital thermometer at home to track the temperature and take steam inhalation twice a day.
